There were 55 resident kids of ymca, some orphans, some with single parents and some having both parents but their parents are coming from extremely weak socio-economic background and so their kids are housed with YMCA, andheri. When Giving Tree visited YMCA, found a bunch of happy happy faces studying on the floor, with basic amenities.. no desks, no chairs, no fancy stationeries but eagerness to learn, and shining happy eyes! 

To keep them updated with the world, we wished to donate 2 laptops that they can share and use to enrich their minds and learn more.

We distributed laptops to the underprivileged & orphan kids of YMCA, Andheri and brightened up theirs and our Christmas! We danced together, played games, cut cake and shared jokes. The kids are the happiest bunch we have ever seen, so sporty and full of life and laughter! We are grateful to facilitate easy learning and illuminate the lives of these kids with better education facilities. All this, only with the help of your kindness & donation.

PS: Please note that the laptops were given by Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. The proceeds that came for this cause - INR 22000 will be utilised for our January 2023 cause.
