Pratiksha, a 19 year old girl from Vidyavihar, Mumbai was suffering from Lupus Nephritis, a case of complete kidney and liver damage which causes inflammation in her body and repeated infections. This could not be cured.

She had lost her father. Her mother and elder sister were making the ends meet and supporting her medical expenses by doing multiple househelp jobs. During lockdown where the family had no funds, she caught infection in her leg.. Hence, monthly financial aid to support her medical condition and regular doctor visits was much needed by the family.

With our donors' generous contributions, we successfully raised an amount of INR 30,000 to support Pratiksha. Their kindness lightened the financial burden on her family, enabling them to focus on her medical needs without worries. Together, we have shown the power of community and made a tangible difference in Pratiksha's life.
