This July, Giving Tree is raising funds to support Mr. Raghuveer Ramgopal Yadav (52 years), who has been diagnosed with Stage T4b Rectal Cancer and is currently undergoing treatment at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.

Mr. Raghuveer recently underwent surgery and now faces several months of continued treatment, follow-up care, medication, and recovery. According to the medical cost certificate issued by Tata Memorial Hospital, his immediate treatment expenses are estimated at ₹80,000, with additional costs expected as his treatment progresses.

The family has already endured immense hardship over the past few years. Mr. Raghuveer’s daughter has been battling bone cancer, and after a recent relapse, her treatment has been delayed due to financial constraints. Today, the family finds itself fighting two life-altering battles at the same time.

Through this campaign, Giving Tree hopes to ease some of the financial burden so the family can focus on healing instead of worrying about mounting medical expenses.
